Yup that would be interesting. It's just too bad that when we talk of designers in Manila, its always about ball gowns and party clothes. Then if we say retail, they only have casual clothing. Only a few stores really cater to the middle ground and most of them are also imports. If designers can start designing pretty things for retailers, then maybe the fashion scene in Manila would perk up a bit
Sure they are all high in style but poor in quality :(... H & M is really stylish but it's the kind you wear a few times then just throw away at the end of the season-- disposable in the true sense of the word... Even the rafe collection at Target-- it looks good from afar but upclose-- you get what you paid for and $20 (for the clutch) ain't taking you far..
