Envirosax

QUESTION: What's better than a foldable eco-friendly reusable shopping tote?

ANSWER: A printed one from Envirosax®!

Now this is what a stylish and functional shopping tote is all about! From Currumbin Valley in South East Queensland, Australia, Envirosax® bags are lightweight, portable, waterproof and can hold an equivalent of two supermarket plastic bags thanks to its reinforced seams!

The bag can be rolled up after use and becomes a lightweight and portable 40 gram package. You may buy a set for AUD$35:

Or you may choose one or more from a collection of trendy graphic designs for AUD$7.50:

Amazonia
Monochromatic
Flora

Best of all, the company donates a percentage of all web sales to the Australian Marine Conservation Society, a national, non-profit charity dedicated to protecting ocean wildlife.

Talk about supporting the environment in style!

looks like everyone is becoming eco-friendly and thats good. Target has their own as well and in 2 sizes I believe. one that you can fold into a wallet size (but very roomy when unfolded) and one that is a tote in their recognizable and cant miss color - red =) I got one so I wont cringe anymore when I buy there LOL grabe silang gumamit ng bag di kasi marunong ayusin ang contents ng maayos para kasya sa isa na ginagawa nilang dalawa =)

Yeah! It is a super good thing! But here, people still have a lot to learn! I always tell na nga the cashiers here not to wrap my purchases in plastic anymore! But for some reason they still insist! Anu ba yan!

cashiers before look at you as if you were an alien if you tell them "wag mo na lagay sa supot". but now some will say "wow ma'am earth friendly kayo ha!" so there's a bit of an improvement :)

hopefully someone makes those reusable bags locally. wait...what am i saying?! hahahaha!!!

seriously though, the only thing stopping me from making this reusable bag is my doubt if there is a market in manila for eco-friendly merchandise!

Really cute no chico? Maybe you should try selling a couple in your store! Hmmm...now that cashiers are becoming aware, I think the tipping point is near na!

These are $35 for a pack of 5 in the US. not bad considering it will be used so many times. I love the designs. so cute! Me mga cashiers pa rin dito who will insist but I would actually take my stuff out of the bags and give it back to them. So far meron naman na who would actually tell me its to save the environment.

Hey! I'm glad there is the awareness now... Yup, there were times when you get the odd look when you don't want the plastic bag but in time, they all learned. How I wish these eco=friendly bags come in really big sizes to tote your groceries. After all, I don't want to lug around the SM kind - parang sila lang yun big enough for the groceries. :(
