Isabel Marant S/S 2008

NY Fashion Week F/W 2008 has started, but we have a couple of months to go before discussions about the collections will come in handy, so let's just talk about spring shall we?

But before that, I'd like to show you an outfit I've put together, as a couple of you dear readers have suggested that I wear colorful tights. I wore the same clothes as before, but played around with my accessories to create a totally different look...

Tunic dress: Target
Cardigan: Zara
Belt: Topshop
Tights: Target
Ballet flats: Repetto
Scarf: Gap
Coat: Tulle Los Angeles

As much I had fun putting it together, I still can't help but lean towards neutrals. I think I am more in my element wearing something like this...

Belt: Topshop
Gladiator Sandals: Old Navy

I like to blend in I guess! Hehehe!

Ok back to regular programming...I just thought I 'd share with you a couple of my favorite looks from Isabel Marant's S/S 2008 collection! I just love her clothes and I wish I can dress like this everyday!

From the looks of it, the shemagh scarf isn't going anywhere! Then again, it has never really gone away and has in fact resurrected as tops and dresses! Quite staunch (as Little Edie Beale would say!)

I am lusting over the gladiator shoes from Old Navy. Come to think of it I am lusting over a lot of shoes from the Spring collection of Old Navy. The shoes..the bags and the belts I am loving. I have saved the ones I liked and put it into a collage hahaha will be blogging about them soon.

LOL sometimes in my head I want to stand-out but as I am putting my clothes together I still end up leaning towards the neutrals. I guess we both prefer to blend it =)

So many cute stuff nga in Old Navy for Spring! The flats were really cute! And I want nga that elastic belt they have! But I hear Old Navy will be increasing their prices na daw, because they're trying to be more fashion-y with their stuff! Deviating from the basics that they are known for.

So far I'm liking it! The safari dresses were cute too!

I know. I love the flats. I love the tall platform shoes as well. 4 1/2 heels!!! hahaha I like the leather & wood belt also the braided belt. I love the clutches. Kung puwede lang bilhin all the colors hahaha. The elastic belt looks nice too. Too bad my cousin resigned from Old Navy. We got good deals while he was still working there. Boo, if they are going to raise prices but I hope not too much. Their dresses are really nice too.
