PS. CD, I'm not such a major follower of boot trends and such, but I saw what looked like your pair of Lanvin boots on display in one of their Paris branches today. Wonder if they're doing a re-run of the style or it's different in a way I can't immediately tell? Still a great boot! (Oh and spotted the lovely ballerina flats. Heart-stoppingly pretty.)
Hi Vanessa! Wow, you're back in Paris! So lucky! Yes, those Lanvin boots you saw are the 2008 version, similar to previous years flat boots but I think this one's a better version because the soles are a teeny bit thicker (I'm guessing 1-2 mm, the old ones were so thin, I ran them down in 2 days and had to have the boots resoled!). There are also subtle differences in stitching, but it's essentially still the same great boot! =)
