Loco for Incoco

So here's the thing. I haven't had my nails done since my wedding in 2008. Ever! First, because I'm not willing to shell out more than $10 for a manicure. Second, who has the time to go to a salon?! I know I don't. Not with Berry and chores and my growing to do list.

My SIL Lorr told me about Incoco some months back and when we saw a stall selling these stick-ons, my other SIL Les decided to give it a try. Not only did the Incoco girl make it look so easy to apply, it looked pretty good too! We were very impressed! Enough for Les to get three different colors. Of course, we asked for samples to try at home as well!

Here's how the sample stickies looked like...

But we got enough of the French Tip stick-ons for all fingers! When we got home, we decided to try it on me first. Its pretty much a no brainer to use - apply the white tip (you can adjust the thickness to your liking) first by pressing it down the nail, pulling it out to stretch a bit, pushing it down, tearing off the excess, and filing it.

Then place the clear polish on the whole nail, press, pull, push and file!

Midway into it, we just had to marvel at how easy this was! Even Berry liked it! She placed her hand on top of mine, maybe to imagine how french tips would look on her! Haha!

Here's the finished product. Not bad for french tips we did at home, and in less than 10 minutes too!

These should last for 10-15 days. It's almost 7 days now and there's no a chip in my polish. Pretty tough! I especially love how my nails look nice despite my hectic lifestyle. I think I'm going to stock up on these from now on! Oh, and you must try the chrome versions! Pretty much the DIY version of Minx nails! A whole lot cheaper too! We were thinking this would be the best thing to do when you're bored!

Btw, because these are made from real nail polish, when it's time to be removed, you can do so with any nail polish remover!

Hi Tin,

So cool :) I've always left my nails short and color free because I've always found the maintenance too much of a hassle. Incoco looks like it's the answer. Will look out for these next time I go out.

Thanks,
Charina
