Biba
Although bulk of Biba's A/W 2007-2008 collection was still all about the swinging mini dresses of the 1960s, its the ribbon neck tops that appeal to me.
In fact, I've been seeing a lot of ribbon neck tops since S/S '07, so expect to see more of this style for 2007-2008!
