I once stumbled upon an authentic Lilly Pulitzer print there! I bought the whole bolt of fabric left! No joke!) or Tutuban, pick out a great cotton print that you like, and go to your favorite mananahi and have these dresses made. I'm sure you won't even spend Php1000 on fabric and labor combined!



The smocking would be difficult to execute on your own, but this is a feminine and flirty dress that will go well with either flip flops, flats or espadrille wedges
