Healthy Meals at Marks & Sparks

And you can whip out a full dinner too without much effort!

Let's start with an appetizer of bacon cheeserolls...

Did that tickle your palate? Now shall we go on to the main course? Chicken ala Kiev, just for you!

Now, that was yum! Save room for dessert ok!

If you can't cook to save your life, you know where to go! And if convenience isn't enough of a come on, relish in the thought that all the food items from Marks & Spencer are free of artificial colors and flavorings.

Since March 2006, M&S food items have also been hydrogenated fat-free. And all their chilled ready meals have no MSG.

If you don't believe that, just check out the M&S food labels for everything you need to watch out for.

Incidentally, here's a tip for those who plan on traveling to London for the holidays. If you want to save money on food (because you'd rather channel your allowance to your shopping fund, heehee) I suggest you check out the food aisles at Marks&Spencer (there's almost always one on every High Street). Just get a bottle of mineral water, a sandwich and crisps, and voila! A meal for less than GBP 5 (well, during my time at least! Maybe now that'll set you back GBP 10? Anyway, that's still cheap by London standards)!

Marks & Spencer is exclusively distributed by Rustan Marketing Specialists, Inc. and is available at Greenbelt 5, Glorietta 4, Shangri-La mall, Gateway, Alabang Town Center, Trinoma, Megamall, Mall of Asia, SM Pampanga, Marquee Mall, Ayala Cebu, Robinson’s Place Malate, and SM North Edsa. Ready meals are now available in the freezer cabinets of Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Glorietta 4, Greenbelt 5, Alabang Town Center and Rustan’s Fresh Power Plant Mall.

Raissa! I didn't know you were with RMSI/M&S! Were you with operations? That's a fun job though, always out at the malls, haha!
