When I received this package a few months back, I giddily slid off the lid and was welcomed with the smell of my youth. You know how they say that scents trigger memories? Well, that was that, it was a literal trip down memory lane for me.
My eyes especially lit up when I saw the new packaging of my teen years favorite, St Ives Apricot Scrub.

Back in the 90s, we all had a tub of St Ives Apricot Scrub by our bathroom sink. I even used to bring mine to the shower so I can scrub it on my elbows and knees too.
I’m happy to share that decades later, nothing has changed between us. I’d even dare say St Ives has gotten better as the years have gone by.
Back when “natural” and “plant based” didn’t have as much cache as it does now, St Ives was already pioneering the category. Up to this day, St Ives products are made with 100% natural moisturizers and 100% natural exfoliants and the new, improved version feels gentler and milder, and is not as gritty as I remembered. Case in point: while still pleasantly scented, the crushed walnut shells have considerably gotten smaller.
It has also come up with other delicious smelling variants for body washes and moisturizers, with scents and scrubs that sound so indulgent, you’d think you’re in a spa even if you’re just taking a bath at home: think Almond Oil, Green Tea, Oatmeal & Shea Butter, Sea Salt & Kelp, Pink Lemon & Mandarin Orange, Vitamin E & Avocado, Cranberry Seed & Grape Seed Oil. Sooo divine.
You’ll be pleased to know too that our old favorite has kept up with the times, and is formulated not only to be hypoallergenic but also pareben-free too.
Here’s where it gets better. From March 21-25, 2017 St Ives is on SALE at Lazada!
