Indian Pana Hits the Bulls Eye

I've been on the hunt for hand-made Indian moccasins since 2003/2004 but never got around to zooming in my arrow on the target. I saw a light brown pair with dark brown trim in Xiang Yang Market in Shanghai but they didn't have my size. Chip & Pepper had those furry Canadian mukluks that looked so cute but were quite pricey for non-essential footwear. (Plus looking back, they do seem a bit silly now). The It girls wore Minnetonka fringe boots with their skirts and shorts last fall, and I wanted the exact same pair for myself - but I could never seem to find it in Canada or the US.

Its now 2007 but I never got over it. Yeah, even if the trend has passed. So imagine my surprise when I saw these on sale at InStyle Shangri-la Mall, at 80% off! Yup, I got these beaded leather moccasins for Php399 only!

Thank you Oh Wise One Who Knows My Heart Beats For Mocs!

Sincerely yours,
Restless Shoe Hunter (No More)

Oh!!! Those are so cool! I remember having the same pair in white leather though - many years ago. I didn't want to part with them but the stitches were already showing signs that they needed to be retired... ah..memories..
