I read in Vogue's November 2007 issue that this particular runway show was styled by semi-retired model Erin Wasson, part of Alexander's inspiration for this line (the other part of which was Melanie Griffith in Working Girl)!
Thing is, he designed this collection way before he knew her! Running into her and getting her to style his show was pure serendipity! Turns out she lived all along in the exact same building where he holds residence! Maybe he "The Secret-ed" her? This is one of the finest examples of creative visualization!
